What You’ll Do
You will play a critical role in driving growth by:
- Engaging Online: Use Nextdoor, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to promote services, connect with local communities, and generate leads.
- Creating Content: Develop posts, videos, and materials to attract and retain clients.
- Canvassing: Distribute flyers and door hangers in neighborhoods, walking several miles in various weather conditions (including stairs).
- Outreach & Relationship Building: Pursue partnerships with local businesses, attend events, and explore innovative lead-generation strategies.
- Tracking Success: Use tools like Google Sheets to organize leads and evaluate strategies.
- Professional Interaction: Represent the company with professionalism, respect, and a cheerful attitude.
What You Bring
- Strong grammar and writing skills for crafting professional content.
- Proficiency with Google Forms, Google Sheets, email marketing software, and tools like ChatGPT.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor).
- A self-starter attitude with excellent self-accountability.
- Physical ability to walk long distances, handle stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A professional appearance and respectful, cheerful demeanor.
- Reliable transportation (must have your own car).
What You’ll Need
- Access to a computer and cell phone for remote work. If you do not have these tools, the role will be based in our office, with fieldwork for canvassing and content creation.
Compensation
- Base pay plus performance-based bonuses for successfully converting leads into clients.
- Gas reimbursement for business-related travel.
