Our consultation is designed to gather all the necessary details for tailoring our services to your project's needs. Following the consultation, we'll swiftly create a secure digital project portal. Within 1 business day, you can expect to receive a personalized proposal link in your email. This proposal will provide a comprehensive breakdown of project options and a clear scope of work. Additionally, it offers the convenience of digitally signing our service agreement, making a deposit to secure your spot on our schedule, and facilitating the final payment upon your complete satisfaction with the project. Rest assured, your information will be treated with the utmost security and confidentiality throughout this process. We're here to address any questions or concerns you may have. We look forward to the opportunity to assist you with your project!
As soon as we receive your project deposit, your project will be prioritized in our schedule. You will receive an estimated project date in the initial proposal within 2 business days of deposit confirmation. If there are any changes to this date, we'll ensure you're promptly updated. On the day of the project, our experienced team will arrive fully equipped with all necessary tools and materials. Each member on site will have detailed notes from the agreed-upon proposal to ensure precision and top-notch quality. We value open communication, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need updates on the project schedule.
A project isn't considered complete until our clients are completely satisfied. If, for any reason, you're not 100% content, please notify us immediately and let us know how we can make things right. This will initiate what our team refers to as a 'Call Back.' Your service remedy will be our top priority, and our crew won't leave until everything meets your expectations. Once you consider the job complete, you can easily access the Project Portal to make final payments. Additionally, we invite you to share your positive experience by leaving a 5-star review on your preferred contractor recommendation site. Your feedback helps us spread the word about our quality service.

Payments

Accepted Payments & Billing
We've streamlined our billing process for your convenience. All invoices and transaction history will be accessible through our secure Personalized Client Portals. This portal not only provides a comprehensive record of your past services but also offers convenient options for payment. While credit or debit card payments are accepted, we encourage the use of the secure debit option to help minimize processing fees on our end. If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please note that additional fees may apply for in-person collection.
When Payments are Due
Your Personalized Proposal will outline all payment dates. To reserve your spot on our schedule, we require a 50% deposit upon acceptance of the Proposal. The remaining balance will be due upon the successful completion of your project.
Payment Plans Available
To assist our clients in managing escalating costs while ensuring essential home maintenance and improvements are not overlooked, we've introduced flexible financing options. For instance, our Lawn Care services span eight months of the year, but with our 12-month plan, you can evenly distribute the expenses.
